چکیده
Abstract Changing material into a lightweight geomaterial such as EPSCS is one of the considerable methods to improve geotechnical performance in field. This already used numerous construction projects due its light characteristics. Lightweight Modular Block or LMB type composed dredged Soil, cement, and Expanded Polystyrene (EPS). The amount cement composition are 3%, 5%,7% 9%. Meanwhile, (EPS) 0.5% 0.75%. paper aims briefly explain road foundation materials, subbase base, through CBR laboratory tests. Based on data, adding EPS can reduce density by 18% - 29% depending chosen mixture. Whereas more tends increase value. All test results will be analyzed compared SNI 03-3438-1994 for qualification layer.

Lightweight Geopolymer Concrete with EPS Beads
Activation of class F fly ash with the 10 M sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate and its geopolymeric products were analysed under quasi-isothermal mode of DSC, FTIR and TG/DTA techniques. Before adding in concrete, expanded polystyrene beads were prewetted with the styrenebutadienestyrene latex aimed at to improve their bonding with geopolymer. Lightweight mortars/concretes were made from geop...
متن کاملMODELING FLEXURAL STRENGTH OF EPS LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE USING REGRESSION, NEURAL NETWORK AND ANFIS
Lightweight concrete (LWC) is a kind of concrete that made of lightweight aggregates or gas bubbles. These aggregates could be natural or artificial, and expanded polystyrene (EPS) lightweight concrete is the most interesting lightweight concrete and has good mechanical properties. Bulk density of this kind of concrete is between 300-2000 kg/m3. In this paper flexural strength of EPS is modeled...

183 Abstract— With the rapid advances in wireless networks low-end devices, such as RFID tags, wireless sensor nodes are deployed in increasing numbers each and every day. Such devices are used in many applications and environments, leading to an ever increasing need to provide security. When choosing security algorithms for resource-limited devices the implementation cost should be taken int...
